This Privacy Policy is effective as of August, 2017.
1. Application of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to websites owned or operated by G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Limited and its subsidiaries (collectively, “GAP” or “we”) for the VTW SERVICES LTD and accessible through the “http://www.vtwservices.com” domain name (collectively, “VTW Website”). The VTW Website may be accessed through domain name in addition to the domain name listed above. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by us by means other than through the VTW Website.
Certain services offered while visiting the VTWWebsite may be processed or provided by us or strategic partners under contract with us, even though it appears that you may not have left the VTW Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by strategic partners, except that we will treat information we receive about you from strategic partners under the terms of this Privacy Policy. We do not have any control over how strategic partners use information they collect about you.
2. Information we may collect.
General Information

5. Choice regarding providing information.
General information is collected whenever you browse the VTW Website. The VTW Website does not provide any means for opting out of providing general information when you browse the VTW Website. However, privacy software that prevents the disclosure of general information is commercially available.
You can browse the VTW Website without providing any Personal Information.

6. Access
The general or Personal Information collected through the VTW Website or provided by strategic partners is not currently accessible to you. 7. Security
Data sent to and received from the VTW Website is encrypted using SSL technology . General information and Personal Information collected by the VTW Website is stored on secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and no security system is impenetrable. While we use reasonable security safeguards to protect the Personal Information we collect, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our servers will be completely secure or free from unauthorized access by third parties.
8. Persons under the Age of 18
The VTW Website is a general audience site intended for persons 18 years of age or older. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a person under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 9. Changes
This Privacy Policy is effective August, 2017. We reserve the right to change, modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any revised Privacy Policy will only apply prospectively to Personal Information collected or modified after the effective date of the revised policy. Customers are responsible for periodically checking the Privacy Policy posted on the VTW Website for changes.
